Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Targhee ​. Targhee Security offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Targhee Security orders. To request a refund:

  • open the billing settings inside your workspace and use the order history linked to the email address you used at checkout, or
  • email us at billing@targheesecurity.com and we will help you submit the request.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings inside your workspace. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to your paid plan continues through the end of the current billing period and then reverts to the Free tier.

Outside the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are handled in line with the Stripe consumer terms. If something has gone wrong on our side, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
